A client came to us after struggling to obtain the financing that they needed for their new business. This client was seeking over a million dollars in financing for vital equipment they needed to grow; however, the bank was unable to approve such a “risky” endeavor.
Knowing that this client needed a creative financing solution, the bank referred them to Leasing Innovations, and a new partnership was born. Leasing Innovations not only provided the financing that the client needed to get started, but we also provided a phase-in process that allowed the client to grow and acquire new contracts that they had targeted without having to come up with the upfront cash to implement them. We also worked with the client to leverage the owner’s other assets to build credit in the new business. At the end of the project, this client didn’t just get the equipment they needed; we made sure that they were able to use all the tools at their disposal to get off to the strongest start possible.
