We work with you to resolve the default and to get things back on track. If you are unable to keep your business open then we will work with you to liquidate the equipment and work out any shortfall
If you are late there is a 5% late fee you are subject to, however most of our Leases are paid electronically via ACH, so if you give us 5 business days notice we are able to pull back the ACH and avoiding in addition to the late fee a bounced payment fee
No, we do not have any prepayment penalties under our lease
Typically they are not with Not for Profit entities, though there are rare exceptions
